Parent & Caregiver Support
Support That Fits Real Family Life
Supporting a child’s behavior often requires more than knowing which strategy to use. Families also need routines, systems, and guidance that fit the realities of their everyday lives.
BeeHealth helps caregivers better understand their child’s behavior, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies they can implement with greater clarity and consistency. Support also considers caregiver schedules, habits, competing responsibilities, and barriers that may make follow-through difficult.
Every family begins with a 60-minute initial consultation. From there, we will discuss whether a Family Support Plan is appropriate and whether your family would like to continue.

Who This Service Supports
Parent & Caregiver Support is for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents who want practical, behavior-based guidance. Support is available for neurotypical and neurodivergent children, with or without a diagnosis or current ABA provider.
Families may be addressing a specific concern, navigating a change in routines, waiting for services, or simply seeking greater confidence and consistency at home.

Support may address:
Communication and emotional regulation
Behaviors of concern
Transitions and following directions
Reinforcement and motivation
Independence and daily living skills
Mealtimes, bedtime, toileting, and other routines
Carrying skills across home, school, and community settings
Support for the Caregiver
Support may also help caregivers:
Create realistic schedules and routines
Build habits that support consistent follow-through
Identify and address barriers to implementation
Use prompts, reminders, and reinforcement effectively
Break larger goals into manageable steps
Monitor progress and adjust strategies
Feel more confident making everyday decisions
Caregiver goals remain connected to the child’s needs, family functioning, and the consistent implementation of recommendations.
How Support works
-
Step one
Choose an available time and submit payment to reserve your initial consultation.
-
Step two
Before the consultation, complete an intake form outlining your concerns, family routines, priorities, and strategies already attempted. This allows BeeHealth to prepare before your consultation.
-
Step three
Attend virtual consultation. Here we will discuss your concerns, consider your child’s environment and caregiver routines, identify meaningful goals, and develop initial recommendations.
Following the consultation, you will receive a written summary and an individualized support plan.
-
Step four
Following the initial consultation, we will discuss the recommended level of support and whether your family would like to move forward. Weekly or biweekly sessions will be recommended based on need to help implement strategies, build sustainable routines, address barriers, and adjust the plan as needed.
The initial-consultation fee is credited in full toward the Family Support Plan, with the remaining balance due before follow-up sessions begin. This will be discussed during initial consultation. If support falls outside BeeHealth’s scope, recommendations or referrals will be provided when possible.
