Meet the Founder
Berenice Guinaldo, M.A., BCBA
Berenice Guinaldo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, clinical leader, and educator whose work centers on making behavior analysis practical and useful in everyday life. She began her career as an RBT, later became a BCaBA, and now practices as a BCBA. Having worked at each level of the field, she understands both the day-to-day work of supporting clients and the systems that help teams deliver consistent, thoughtful care.
Throughout her career, Berenice has supported children, families, and professionals across home, school, clinic, and community settings. Her work has included communication, emotional regulation, social skills, independence, and daily living skills, along with caregiver training and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Berenice currently serves as the Director of Clinical Training at a pediatric therapy practice. She established the clinical training department and developed a structured program for newly hired therapists and individuals pursuing RBT certification. Her role also includes training and supporting both RBTs and BCBAs through professional development, supervision, and ongoing collaboration. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University and her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Behavior analysis is part of Berenice’s life beyond her clinical work, too. She uses behavioral principles to build habits, follow through on personal goals, and create routines that support her health and fitness. She is also a content creator and recipe developer, sharing food, wellness, and pieces of everyday life.
Berenice founded BeeHealth as a place to bring these interests and experiences together: a space for practical ABA education, resources, career guidance, and professional training. She believes understanding behavior can help us make meaningful changes in clinical work and in the way we approach everyday life.
Our Purpose
Berenice created BeeHealth because she saw important gaps in how behavior analysis reaches people. Families can be left trying to make sense of behavior without clear, practical guidance or an easy path to the right resources. ABA professionals are asked to support others while navigating demanding work, limited support, and the risk of burnout. And the principles behavior analysts study and use in their work don't always make it into their own routines, habits, and lives. She believes behavior analysis can help address those gaps when it is understandable, relevant, and connected to everyday experience.
Across her career as an RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, and clinical training leader, Berenice has seen how thoughtful education and support can strengthen families, teams, and the care people receive. She has also used behavioral principles in her own life to build habits, follow through on meaningful goals, and create routines that support what matters to her. BeeHealth brings these conversations and resources together through ABA education, digital tools, family support, training for ABA organizations, and guidance for people exploring the field. Her goal is to make behavior analysis more accessible and useful, not only in autism intervention and clinical work, but also in the everyday lives of the people doing that work and the people they support.
